Covid-19 Handling

For the TOUR Transalp 2021 we are working on a detailed concept, which includes various measures for visitors, exhibitors and participants. An initial overview of the planned operations can be found below. As Corona is an ongoing process, all measures will be constantly adapted to current developments and closely coordinated with the local authorities. The following measures are reflecting the current status.

Covid-19 Protection measures for participants

  • In case of symptoms of illness in advance, participants of the TOUR Transalp must stay at home
  • consistent compliance with all hygiene regulations
  • minimum distance of 1.5m between other participants, visitors and exhibitors 
  • duty to wear masks on the entire event area, if instructed by the authorities
  • frequent hand washing and disinfection at specially equipped stations
  • Identity card required for registration

Covid-19 Protection measures for exhibitors / sponsors 

  • In case of symptoms of illness in advance, exhibitors of the TOUR Transalp must stay at home
  • consistent compliance with all hygiene regulations, minimum distance of 1.5m between other participants, visitors and exhibitors 
  • mandatory masks for stand personnel, who are in direct contact with visitors and participants, if instructed by the authorities

further measures / -adjustments

  • Adaptation of the event concept according to the latest regulations and standards of the local authorities (e.g. reduction of the number of people in the starting blocks, mandatory masking in the start/finish area etc.)
  • Further adaptation of the event concept of TOUR Transalp in all relevant sectors, where additional measures are nessesary to reduce contacts (e.g accreditation, start/finish area, pasta party, award ceremonys, Transalp camp etc.)
  • Regular cleaning and disinfection of all frequently used surfaces and all sanitary facilities
